These are some *fabulous* rainbow carrots that were for sale at my local farmer's market. I would totally love to make all sorts of different hummus dyed different colors and then dip these rainbow carrots in it for a munchy snack.

it makes me wonder how they did it..... but i don't have much of a green thumb or knowledge of plants besides well the basics taught in school (you know photosynthesis and such)
